闵氏秘制金黄膏治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study on the Effectiveness and Safety of Min’s Secret Jinhuang Cream in Treating Wind-cold-dampness Arthralgia Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨闵氏秘制金黄膏治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节(Oseto Arthritis of Knee,KOA)炎的疗效和安全性。方法将符合要求的90例风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为3组,每组30例,分别采用闵氏秘制金黄膏外敷8 h,隔日1贴;闵氏秘制金黄膏外敷24 h,隔日1贴;复方南星止痛膏8 h,隔日1贴,治疗疗程均为2周。记录并比较3组11点数字评分法(Numeric rating scale11,NRS-11),西大略湖和麦克马斯特骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and McMaster University,WOMAC),并观察并发症发生情况。结果闵氏秘制金黄膏短时间组与长时间组分别与对照组比较,关节疼痛NRS评分差异有统计学意义,存在分组效应;闵氏金黄膏长时间组治疗前后不同时点间关节疼痛差异有统计学意义,即存在时间效应。闵氏秘制金黄膏短时间组与长时间组分别与对照组比较,治疗前后WOMAC量表评分及膝骨关节炎指征差异有统计学意义,存在分组效应。安全性评价90例患者中有16例出现不良反应,其中瘙痒及红疹共8例、烧灼感3例、蚁行感3例、红肿2例次。其中短时间组共出现3例,长时间组共出现8例,对照组共出现5例。结论对风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎患者予以闵氏秘制金黄膏能减轻膝部疼痛,改善生活,每日8 h,隔日1贴,2周为一个疗程,在不降低治疗效果的基础上,有助于减少长时间外敷引起的不良反应,临床使用安全。

Objective To explore the effect of Min’s secret Jinhuang cream on the efficacy and safety of treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 90 cases of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia KOA met the requirements patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 30 cases in each group.They were applied topically with Min’s secret Jinhuang cream for 8 hours,and then applied once every other day.1 patch,the course of treatment was 2 weeks.The three groups of 11-point numeric score(Numeric rating scale 11,NRS-11),Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index(Western Ontario and McMaster University,WOMAC) were recorded and compared,and the occurrence of complications was observed.Results Compared with the control group,the short-time group and the long-term group of Min’s secret Jinhuang cream was compared with the control group.Joint pain at different time points before and after treatment in the long-term cream group was statistically significant,that is,there was a time effect.The short-time group and the long-term group of Min’s secret Jinhuang cream was compared with the control group,respectively.And knee osteoarthritis indications were different.There were grouping effects.Safety evaluation of 16 patients in 80 patients had adverse reactions,including 8 people with pruritus and rash,3 with burning sensation,3 with antagonism,and 2 with redness and swelling.Short-term group of 3 cases occurred,8 cases occurred in the long-term group,and 5 cases occurred in the control group.Conclusion Min’s secret Jinhuang cream can reduce knee pain and improve life for patients with rheumatoid arthritis of the knee.8 h,1 patch every other day,2 weeks course of treatment,on the basis of not reducing the therapeutic effect,it helps to reduce adverse reactions caused by long-term external application,and is safe for clinical use.
