健脾化浊汤治疗脾虚型酒精性脂肪肝的临床研究

Research on the Clinical Significance of Jianpi Huazhuang Decoction in Patients with Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Due to Spleen Deficiency

目的探讨对脾虚型酒精性脂肪肝患者采取健脾化浊汤的临床意义。方法选取2019年1月—2020年5月在沈阳市骨科医院承基医院的80例脾虚型酒精性脂肪肝患者,按照信封法分为对照组和试验组。对照组40例给予临床传统西医常规方法干预;试验组40例在对照组的基础上采取健脾化浊汤进行治疗,比较2组患者治疗后三酰甘油、总胆固醇及血清游离脂肪酸情况。结果试验组患者治疗后的血清三酰甘油浓度、血清总胆固醇浓度及血清游离脂肪酸浓度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脾虚型酒精性脂肪肝患者来说,采取健脾化浊汤治疗临床意义较好,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical significance of Jianpi Huazhuang decoction in patients with alcoholic fatty liver with spleen deficiency.Methods From January 2019 to May 2020,80 patients with alcoholic fatty liver with spleen deficiency in Chengji Hospital of Shenyang Orthopedics Hospital were selected.According to the envelope method,40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional western medicine intervention.On the basis of the control group,40 patients in the experimental group were treated with Jianpi Huazhuang decoction.The triglycerides,total cholesterol and serum free fatty acids in the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The serum triglyceride concentration,serum total cholesterol concentration and serum free fatty acid concentration in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with alcoholic fatty liver due to spleen deficiency,Jianpi Huazhuang decoction has good clinical significance and is worthy of promotion.
