真武四物汤足浴治疗慢性脾肾阳虚型心力衰竭临床观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Zhenwu Siwu Decoction Foot Bath on Chronic Heart Failure with Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency

目的探讨对慢性脾肾阳虚型心力衰竭患者采取真武四物汤足浴的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月在大连市中医医院内一科治疗的80例慢性脾肾阳虚型心力衰竭患者,随机分组,对照组40例患者采用临床传统治疗;试验组40例在对照组的基础上采取真武四物汤足浴治疗,比较2组患者治疗后中医证候即心悸气短乏力、身寒肢冷、颈部青筋暴露以及下肢浮肿例数。结果试验组接受治疗后心悸气短乏力、身寒肢冷、颈部青筋暴露以及下肢浮肿例数少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性脾肾阳虚型心力衰竭患者来说,真武四物汤足浴对其的临床疗效显著,可以降低患者慢性脾肾阳虚型心力衰竭临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhenwu Siwu decoction foot bath on chronic heart failure with spleen-kidney yang deficiency.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,80 patients with chronic heart failure due to spleen-kidney yang deficiency in department of internal medicine of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.40 patients in the control group received traditional clinical treatment.40 patients in the experimental group were treated with Zhenwu Siwu decoction foot bath on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome of palpitations,shortness of breath and fatigue,cold body and cold limbs,neck blue tendon exposure,and lower limb edema were compared between the two groups.Results The number of palpitations,shortness of breath and fatigue,cold body and cold limbs,neck blue tendon exposure,and lower limb edema in the experimental group were less than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic spleen-kidney yang deficiency heart failure,Zhenwu Siwu decoction foot bath has a significant clinical effect,and can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic spleen-kidney yang deficiency heart failure,which is worthy of promotion.
