针刺联合独活寄生汤对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及炎性因子的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on Lumbar Function and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的研究针刺联合独活寄生汤对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2017年2月—至2020年2月天津西青医院康复科收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,对照组和试验组按随机数字表法划分,每组40例。对照组患者给予传统针刺,试验组患者在此基础上联合独活寄生汤治疗,7 d为一个疗程,2组患者均治疗14 d。比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后腰椎功能及疼痛情况,以及血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平。结果试验组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.00%、62.50%;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者JOA评分升高,试验组高于对照组,VAS评分、血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平下降,试验组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针刺联合独活寄生汤可有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状,改善腰椎功能,减轻疼痛,抑制机体炎症反应,进而提高治疗效果。

To study the effect of acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on lumbar function and inflammatory factors in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given traditional acupuncture,while patients in the treatment group were treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of traditional acupuncture.7 days was a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,before and after treatment,lumbar function and pain,as well as serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 levels.Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95.00% and 62.50%.Compared with before treatment,JOA score of the two groups increased,the treatment group was higher than the control group,VAS score,serum hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8 levels decreased,the treatment group was lower than the control group(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve lumbar function,relieve pain,inhibit inflammatory reaction of the body,and then improve the treatment effect.
