温经逐瘀汤联合温针灸对子宫腺肌症患者卵巢功能及MMP-9、VEGF水平的影响

Influence of Wenjing Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Ovarian Function,Levels of MMP-9 and VEGF in Patients with Adenomyosis

目的探讨温经逐瘀汤联合温针灸对子宫腺肌症患者卵巢功能及MMP-9、VEGF水平的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2016年3月—2019年12月收治的60例子宫腺肌症患者分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,研究组采用温经逐瘀汤联合温针灸治疗,2组均以1个月经周期为一个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后痛经症状评分、PABC评分、卵巢功能及血清MMP-9、VEGF水平,统计不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后研究组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。相较于治疗前,治疗后2组患者痛经症状评分、PABC评分及血清MMP-9、VEGF水平均明显降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者血清FSH水平降低,研究组低于对照组;2组血清LH及E2水平升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论温经逐瘀汤联合温针灸可更明显地降低子宫腺肌症患者血清MMP-9、VEGF水平,缓解痛经症状,减少月经量,改善患者卵巢功能,疗效好,安全性高。

Objective To study the influence of Wenjing Zhuyu decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on ovarian function,levels of MMP-9 and VEGF in patients with adenomyosis.Methods 60 cases of adenomyosis patients from March 2016 to December 2019 in our hospital were divided into research group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone,and the research group was treated with Wenjing Zhuyu decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.Both groups used 1 menstrual cycle as a course,continued treatment for 3 courses.The clinical efficacy,scores of dysmenorrhea symptom and PABC,ovarian function and serum levels of MMP-9,VEGF before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,the occurrence of adverse reactions was counted.Results The total effective rate after treatment of the research group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the dysmenorrhea symptom score,PABC score,serum levels of MMP-9 and VEGF after treatment of the two groups significantly reduced,and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,serum FSH level after treatment of the two groups decreased,the research group was lower than the control group;serum levels of LH and E2 increased,the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05 or P < 0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Wenjing Zhuyu decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly reduce the levels of serum MMP-9 and VEGF in patients with adenomyosis,ease the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,reduce the amount of menstruation,improve the ovarian function,and it has good effect and high safety.
