重大疫情防控中高校思想政治教育功能及其实现路径

Roles of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities during Major Epidemic Prevention and Control

重大疫情防控不仅是公共卫生领域的斗争,也会涉及意识形态领域的斗争;疫情防控期间必须有针对性地加强大学生思想政治教育,强化大学生价值引导。在选择性中关切发展需求、在时代性中肩负时代使命、在创新性中打造云上思政、在生态性中引领生态文明是重大疫情防控期间高校思想政治教育的新特征;转向理想信念教育、转向社会责任教育、转向网络素养教育、转向生命价值教育是重大疫情防控期间高校思想政治教育实践转向。高校思想政治教育应加强心理辅导与人文关怀相结合,坚持抗“疫”故事与抗“疫”精神相融合,提升科学思维与网络素养相匹配,强化线上思政与线下思政相关联,做到心理调适、话语引领、科学认知、线上引导,增强高校思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,发挥在疫情防控中强大的“生命线”作用。

Preventing and controlling major epidemic is a combat for both public health and ideology.During epidemic prevention and control,College students need more pertinent ideological and political education and value guidance and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has embodied its new features:focusing on the development needs,shouldering the mission of the times,conducting the novel online education and leading the ecological civilization.In addition,the education themes have converted to ideal and belief,social responsibility,network literacy and life values,which are more practical.To make good use of the“Lifeblood”role during epidemic prevention and control,ideological and political education is suggested to be conducted as the following:join psychological counseling and humanistic care,integrate anti-epidemic stories and spirit,keep scientific thinking and network literacy at the same level,develop both online and offline education,offer discourse guidance,scientific cognition and online guidance and make the education more effective and well-directed.
