新形势下构建民族高校本科人才培养全方位全过程深度融合的协同育人新机制对策的思考

A New Mechanism of Constructing the Collaborative Education to Undergraduate Talents in Ethnic Universities under the New Situation

新形势下,经济社会的快速发展对我国民族高校本科人才培养提出了更大的挑战,迫切要求民族高校培养出能完全适应社会需求的创新型、应用型、复合本科人才。民族高校作为特色高校在本科人才培养中积极协同企业、政府、科研院所等搭建了许多协作育人平台,在本科人才培养上取得了极大的成就。但还存在政府沟通力度不够、协同企业认识不足、校企合作层次浅薄、创新人才培养机制缺乏等问题。为了解决这些问题,民族高校应积极构建新形势下本科人才培养全方位全过程深度融合的协同育人新机制,通过积极构建“全链条”的人才培养体系,结合民族高校特色进行重点、深入改革,完善本科人才培养考核激励机制,完善相关利益分配机制,深化本科人才培养国际合作育人,构建协同育人保障机制,彻底落实监督考核评价机制,强化科教协同育人机制等,实现新形势下民族高校本科人才培养质量的飞跃,为民族地区和整个社会输出高质量、高水平的创新型人才。

Under the new situation,the rapid development of economy and society poses greater challenges to the training of undergraduate talents in national colleges and universities in China.It is urgently required that ethnic colleges and universities cultivate innovative,applied and inter-disciplinary undergraduate who can fully meet the needs of society.Ethnic colleges and universities with characteristics have actively cooperated with enterprises,governments,research institutes,etc.,built many collaborative education platforms and made great achievements in undergraduate training.However,there are still problems such as insufficient communication with government and enterprises’little understanding of cooperation,superficial level of school-enterprise cooperation,non-novel?talent training mechanisms,etc.In order to solve these problems above,the following measures are suggested to take in the colleges and universities:set up an all-round and in-depth collaborative training mechanism for undergraduate talents under the new situation,carry out a key and in-depth reform according to the characteristics of universities for Nationalities,improve the incentive mechanism for undergraduate training assessment and distribution system,deepen the cultivation of undergraduate through international cooperation,etc.Those measures will guarantee that high-quality and high-level innovative graduates in ethnic universities will be exported to ethnic regions and the whole society under the new situation.
