摘要
α-甲基苯乙烯作为异丙苯法合成苯酚丙酮的副产品,可以用于合成二聚物用于橡胶产品助剂,具有较高的附加值。由于工厂初始设计精馏塔单元不尽合理,致使产品纯度低、颜色发黄,下游用户反映影响聚合效果。工厂在流程模拟的基础上,重新设计提出了改造方案,解决了α-甲基苯乙烯产品质量问题。
As a by-product in the synthesis of phenol and acetone from cumene,α-methylstyrene can be used to synthesize dimer,which can be used as an additive for rubber products with high added value.Due to the unreasonable initial design of the distillation column unit,the purity of the product is low and the color is yellow,which affects the polymerization effect.On the basis of process simulation,the plant redesigned and put forward the transformation scheme,which solved the quality problem ofα-methylstyrene.
