青年教师是学校发展的重要人才储备,承载着学校未来的发展水平和进程。教育教学研究能力作为高职教师重要能力之一,如何快速提升青年教师的这项能力已成为各高职院校发展的重要关注点,因此应做好青年教师教育教学研究能力提升的关键工作——教育教学研究选题和教科研立项。从青年教师的工作岗位出发,结合目前的高职发展现状,提出确立教育教学研究选题的意见。从教科研课题立项的角度,归纳总结教科研立项的注意事项,指导青年教师开展教科研立项。

Young teachers are an important talent reserve for school development,bearing the future development level and process of the school.The research ability of teacher education is one of the important abilities of higher vocational teachers,so how to improve young teachers education and teaching research ability is an important concern of the development of higher vocational colleges.It is important to improve young teachers'ability of education and teaching research to do a good job in the topic selection of education and teaching research and the project approval of teaching and scientific research.Starting from the work position of young teachers,combined with the current situation of the development of higher vocational education,this paper puts forward the idea of establishing the topic selection of education and teaching research.From the perspective of teaching and scientific research projects,this paper summarizes points for attention in teaching and scientific research projects,and guides young teachers to carry out teaching and scientific research projects.
