超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用同时测定饮用水13种N-亚硝胺类消毒副产物 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用法检测饮用水中13种N-亚硝胺类消毒副产物。方法水样经尼龙滤膜针式过滤头过滤后,直接进样100μL,以甲醇和水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在XBridge BEH C18分析柱上实现分离,大气压化学电离(APCI)正离子方式多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。结果此方法检出限为0.003~0.010μg/L,定量限为0.01~0.03μg/L,平均加标回收率为60.0%~115.0%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~9.5%。检测5份居民家庭自来水样,均未检出13种N-亚硝胺类消毒副产物。结论本方法适用于饮用水中13种N-亚硝胺类消毒副产物的快速测定。
