某医院中药注射剂使用情况分析及合理性评价

Analysis and Rationality Evaluation of the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection in a Hospital

目的探讨医院中药注射剂的临床使用情况,促进医院中药注射剂的合理使用。方法利用医院信息系统,随机抽取2017年1月—2017年8月使用中药注射剂的住院病历800份,对中药注射剂使用情况进行专项点评与分析。结果抽取的800份病历涉及中药注射剂品种20种;不合理病历251份,占31.4%。中药注射剂在临床使用中存在的问题为:给药途径不适宜、溶媒选择不适宜、适应证不适宜、联合用药不适宜、超疗程用药、超剂量用药等。结论通过对中药注射剂使用情况的专项点评,发现中药注射剂不合理应用比例较高,应制定干预措施,促进中药注射剂的临床合理使用。

Objective To explore the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital and promote the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital.Methods Using the hospital information system,800 inpatient medical records from January 2017 to August 2017 were randomly selected,and special comments and analysis on the use of traditional Chinese medicine injection was made.Results There were 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections and 251 unreasonable medical records,accounting for31.4%.The problems existing in the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injection are as follows:unsuitable route of administration,unsuitable choice of solvent,unsuitable indications,unsuitable combination of drugs,over course of treatment,over dose of drugs,etc.Conclusion Through special comments on the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections,it is found that the proportion of irrational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital is relatively high,and intervention measures should be formulated to promote the clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
