近些年来大肠癌的发病率与死亡率高居不下,成为危害国民生命健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一,虽然目前大肠癌的治疗以手术治疗并辅以放化疗、靶向治疗等手段为主,但仍存在一些不可避免的问题导致大肠癌治疗始终无法理想化。中医药在大肠癌治疗的作用日益凸显,有效弥补了现代医学治疗中的不足,因此本文通过筛选并分析近些年来的相关文献,从大肠癌的病因病机、辨证分型、中医治疗等方面介绍当前进展及其优势所在,为大肠癌的辨证论治提供全新的参考,从而更好地指导临床。

In recent years,the morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer remain high,and it has become one of the major malignant tumors that endanger the life and health of the people.Although the current treatment of colorectal cancer is mainly based on surgical treatment,supplemented by chemoradiotherapy and targeted therapy,there are still some inevitable problems that make the treatment of colorectal cancer still unable to be ideal.In colorectal cancer therapy of traditional Chinese medicine of the growing role of,effectively made up for the deficiency of modern medical treatment,so this article through the handsome choice and analysis of related literature in recent years,from colorectal cancer etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment of TCM and its advantages,introduces the current progress of provide new reference for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of colorectal cancer,to better guide clinical.
