华北地区4个品种樱花温度抗逆性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为观测华北地区‘河津樱’‘、大寒樱’‘、大渔樱’‘、修善寺寒樱’等4个品种樱花的温度抗逆性,分别测定高温胁迫下叶片的叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量,低温胁迫下枝条的超氧化物歧化酶含量、丙二醛含量,并结合田间观测综合分析。结果表明,4个品种中,‘河津樱’在华北地区温度抗逆性强,‘大寒樱’温度抗逆性弱。试验结果可为华北地区引种该品种樱花提供参考。 In order to observe the temperature stress resistance of 4 Cerasus cultivars in north China, including Cerasus× kanzakura‘Kawazu-zakura’, Cerasus× kanzakura‘Oh-kanzakura’, Cerasus× kanzakura‘Tariyozakura’and Cerasus× kanzakura‘Rubescens’, the contents of chlorophyll and proline in leaves under high temperature stress, the contents of SOD and MDA in branches under low temperature stress were measured respectively. Combined with field observation, the data were analyzed. The results showed that, among the 4 Cerasus cultivars, the temperature stress resistance ability of Cerasus× kanzakura‘Kawazu-zakura’was high,that of Cerasus× kanzakura‘Oh-kanzakura’was low. The results can provide reference for the introduction of series Cerasus cultivars in north China.
