摘要
由传统环锭纺纱技术派生的新型复合纺纱和结构纺纱技术扩大了纱线的种类,提高了制品的质量,但针对传统环锭纺纱中存在的质量问题,探索便捷的改善措施仍具有重要的现实意义。错位纺技术方便有效地解决了环锭纺纱中的毛羽问题。简述了错位纺的技术机理,系统地归纳并分析了国内外的研究方案及结果。研究表明:错位纺技术的机理在于控制特定边的端毛羽,并对成纱毛羽有很大的改善;在成纱强力条干和常发性纱疵等方面,略有恶化;同时错位纺还能较好地与其他设备相结合,如紧密纺、可移动气圈、赛络纺等。提出:未来发展的新方向将是错位纺的偏移方向和偏移量的智能控制,以及如何与各类新型纺纱技术结合。
The new composite spinning technology and structure spinning technology derived from the traditional ring spinning technology expand the types of yarns and improved the quality of the products.However,in order to solve the quality problem of traditional ring spinning,it is of great practical significance to explore convenient measures.The dislocation spinning technology could solve the problem of hairiness in ring spinning conveniently and effectively.The technical mechanism of misaligned spinning is briefly summarized,and its research and schemes and results at home and abroad are systematically introduced and analyzed.The results show that the technical mechanism of dislocation spinning is to control the end hairiness of a specific side and has a great improvement on the yarn hairiness;and the yarn strength,evenness and frequent yarn defects are slightly deteriorated.At the same time,dislocation spinning could be well combined with other equipments,such as compact spinning,movable balloon spinning,Siro spinning and so on.It is proposed that the new direction of future development would be the intelligent control of the offset direction and the amount of offset,and the combination with various new spinning technologies.
