基于细纱长短纤复合技术的导电纱一步生产法

One-step production method of conductive yarn based on compositing long and short fiber technology in spinning process

摘要 探究了当前利用炭素复合丝制做导电纱时存在的问题;介绍了利用细纱机长短纤复合技术一步法生产炭素复合丝导电纱的方法以及注意事项。采用一步法生产导电纱,不仅导电效果可得到保证,而且纱体比二步法平直,毛羽少。由于一步法生产导电纱直接在细纱机上完成,因此省去了并线、倍捻、络筒3道工序,大大节省了用电、用工、设备投资等,具有较高的开发价值。 The existing problems of using carbon fiber composite filament to produce conductive yarn was discussed,The one-step method of producing conductive yarn of carbon fiber composite filament by composite technology of long and short fiber on spinning frame,and the matters needing attention were introduced.Using the one-step method to produce conductive yarn,not only the conductive effect could be guaranteed,but the yarn body was flatter than the two-step method and had less hairiness.Since the conductive yarn produced by the one-step method was directly completed on the spinning frame,the three processes of doubling,two-for-one twisting and winding were omitted,which greatly saved electricity,labor and equipment investment,and had high development value.
