摘要
设计并生产了天丝/棉色织平纹地小提花织物。络筒工序以"低车速、中张力"为工艺原则;整浆联合工序采用"高浓度、低黏度、低车速、浸透被覆并重、中温浆纱、回潮适中"的生产工艺;织造工序以"低车速、中开口、中后梁、合理控制车间温湿度"为工艺路线。经过检测,产品质量达到美标一等品标准,缩水率在3%以内。
The tencel/cotton yarn dyed plain jacquard fabric is designed and produced. The winding is based on the principle of "low speed and middle tension". The combined process of sizing adopts "high concentration,low viscosity,low speed,equal emphasis on penetration and coating,medium temperature sizing,moderate regain". The weaving process takes"low speed,middle opening,middle back beam and reasonable control of workshop temperature and humidity". After testing,the quality of the product can reach the first-class standard of American standard,and the shrinkage rate is controlled within 3%.
