摘要
为了满足产品的总体性能要求,以技术指标研发目标,采用摇枕本身结构的性能特点、具体问题具体解决、有限元仿真分析计算校核以及铸造工艺可行性相结合的方法,达到了摇枕的研制目标,满足转向架落成及整车落车的使用要求。
To meet the overall performance requirements of the product,taking the technical specifications as the research and development goal,the combination of performance characteristics of the bolster structure,specific problem solving,finite element simulation calculation and verification and the casting process feasibility is adopted to achieve the development goal of the bolster and meet the requirements of bogie completion and vehicle assembly.
