电力用油运动黏度影响因素的试验研究

摘要 为了做好电厂电力用油的技术监督、更深刻地理解运动黏度的检测,通过对运动黏度测定过程中的各个影响因素分别进行分析、试验研究,发现试验温度、毛细管黏度计的干燥清洁、气泡的存在、毛细管黏度计的选用等都会对运动黏度的检测结果造成影响。相关从业人员应当充分了解这些影响因素的影响方式和影响程度,做好电力用油运动黏度的测定工作。 In order to do a good job in the technical supervision of power plant oil and understand the detection of kinematic viscosity more deeply,various influencing factors in the process of kinematic viscosity measurement were analyzed and researched,it was found that the test temperature,the drying and cleaning of capillary viscometer,the existence of bubbles and the selection of capillary viscometer could affect the detection results of kinematic viscosity.Relevant practitioners should fully understand the influence mode and degree of these factors,and do a good job in determining the kinematic viscosity of power oil.
