Process Optimization of Anchor Bolts During the Modular Installation

在模块化安装过程中,对模块的地脚螺栓采用"可调整精度带导向锥的地脚螺栓"即套筒地脚螺栓进行预埋,导向锥在模块吊装前在地脚螺栓顶部利用钢筋头进行焊接。在地脚螺栓未固定的情况下,采用"三点两线一面"相结合的方式进行模块间水平度、标高的调整。解决了某项目硫酸化装置模块化安装过程中柱脚地脚螺栓孔之间的误差需控制在2 mm内的难题,从而保证模块化安装一次性到位,从而节约了大量的机械台班及劳动力,有效提高安装效率,保证安装质量,缩短工期。

In the process of modular installation,the anchor bolts are pre-embedded with"adjustable precision anchor bolts with guiding cones".The guide cones are welded on the top of the anchor bolts with the reinforcement head before the module is hoisted.When the anchor bolts are not fixed,using the"three points,two lines and one surface"method adjusts the level and elevation between modules.It solved the problem that the error need be controlled within 2 mm between the column foot and anchor bolt holes during the modular installation of a certain project’s sulfation plant.Then the modular installation was completed at one time,thereby saving a lot of mechanical work and labor,effectively improving installation efficiency,ensuring installation quality,and shortening construction period.
