摘要
磁悬浮控制器在线监控系统的功能是通过磁悬浮控制器与用户间的实时数据传输,实现用户对控制器的远程监测与控制。为解决在线监控系统存在传输距离短、速度慢且易受环境干扰等不足的问题,设计了基于工业以太网通信的新型磁悬浮控制器在线监控系统方案,方案中上位机与下位机分别为个人计算机(PC)与数字信号处理器(DSP)。用户可通过系统实时获取磁悬浮转子系统的位移和电流信息,同时可通过向控制器发送控制参数实现在线控制。实物测试表明,基于工业以太网通信的磁悬浮控制器在线监控系统可实现远距离、高速率和低干扰的数据传输。相比既有在线监控系统,系统在安全性和高效性方面具备更大的优势。
The online monitoring system of the maglev controller has the function of realizing users’remote monitoring and control over the controller through real-time data transmission between the maglev controller and its users.To solve problems of the online monitoring system such as short transmission distance,low speed and vulnerability to environmental interference,a novel scheme was designed for the online monitoring system of the maglev controller based on industrial Ethernet communication.A PC and digital signal processor(DSP)were used as upper computer and lower computer respectively in this scheme.Through this system,users could obtain information about displacement and electric current information of the maglev rotor system in the real-time way,and realize online control by transmitting control parameters to the controller.Tests made on physical objects demonstrated that the online monitoring system for the maglev controller based on industrial Ethernet communication could realize remote,high-speed data transmission with low interference.Compared with the existing online monitoring system,the proposed system had even more advantages with respect to security and high efficiency.
