摘要 从加气站电能损耗、天然气异常损耗、天然气运输损耗等方面分析了加气站主要耗能环节和耗能设备,从管道气压利用、CNG槽车充装降温、压缩机自动量化注油润滑、蒸发气(BOG)回收等方面给出了技术改造方案,指出了改造后的成效,为新建加气站工艺设计和设备选型以及加气站技术改造提供了参考。 The main energy consumption links and equipment in gas refueling station from three aspects of electric energy loss,abnormal natural gas loss and natural gas transportation loss are analyzed.From the aspects of pipeline pressure utilization,CNG tank loading and cooling,automatic quantitative addition of lubricating oil into compressor,boil-off gas(BOG)recovery,and so on,the technical transformation scheme is given,and the effect after the transformation is pointed out,which can provide a reference for process design,equipment selection of new gas refueling station and technical transformation of existing gas refueling stations.
