摘要
地缘关系是跨组织技术创新合作网络中关键的社会纽带。本文将物理距离和心理距离界定为地缘关系的两个重要特征变量,并构建跨组织技术创新合作的引力模型来探讨其对参与企业技术创新合作行为的作用机理。研究发现:基于地缘关系的引力效应对参与企业的技术创新合作行为具有促进作用;较高的企业生产能力、技术溢出水平、创新成功概率和收益分享比例也具有促进作用,存在最优的收益分享比例,其与其他参数大小有关;物理距离对技术创新合作具有阻碍作用,作用程度受企业生产能力、业务规模等因素的交互影响,心理距离的缩短有助于提高参与企业的技术创新合作努力程度。据此,本文从企业层面和区域层面,对技术创新合作模式的选择和激励约束机制的设置提出了管理建议。
Geo-relationship is the key social link in the network of inter-organizational technological innovation cooperation.This study,therefore,regards physical distance and psychological distance as two important characteristic variables of geo-relationship,and explores the relationship between geo-relationship and technological innovation cooperation with a gravitational model of inter-organizational technological innovation cooperation.Results indicate that the gravitational effect based on geo-relationship promotes the technological innovation cooperation.High enterprise production capacity,technology spillover level,innovation success probability and revenue sharing ratio also play a promoting role,and there is the optimal revenue sharing ratio,which is related to the other parameters.Technological innovation cooperation is negatively affected by physical distance,and the degree is influenced by the interaction of factors such as production capacity and business scale.Furthermore,the reduction of psychological distance helps to improve the technological innovation cooperation efforts of participating enterprises.Accordingly,management suggestions on how to choose modes of technological innovation cooperation and set up incentive and restraint mechanisms are put forward from the enterprise level and the regional level.
