Impact Mechanism of Transformational Leadership on Market Performance of Logistics Enterprises

变革型领导对物流企业管理创新以及市场绩效具有重要影响。根据对466名物流企业员工的调查数据,实证研究了变革型领导、管理创新、知识共享与物流企业市场绩效之间的关系,重点分析了管理创新以及知识共享的中介效应。结果表明:变革型领导对物流企业市场绩效、管理创新具有显著的正向影响,管理创新在变革型领导与物流企业市场绩效之间具有部分中介作用;变革型领导对物流企业知识共享具有显著的正向影响,知识共享在变革型领导与物流企业市场绩效之间具有部分中介作用。本文从变革型领导对企业绩效作用机制的新视角探讨了管理创新和知识共享,并建议物流企业要加强变革型领导的培育,优化组织结构与团队管理,提高知识共享的效率和效益。

Transformational leadership has an important impact on management innovation and market performance of logistics enterprises.According to the survey data of 466 logistics enterprise employees,the empirical research was conducted on the relationship among transformational leadership,management innovation,knowledge sharing,and market performance of logistics enterprises,with emphasis on the mediating effects of management innovation and knowledge sharing.The results show that,transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on market performance and management innovation of logistics enterprises,and management innovation has a partial mediating effect between transformational leadership and market performance of logistics enterprises;transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing in logistics enterprises,and knowledge sharing has a mediating role between transformational leadership and market performance of logistics enterprises.This research provides a new perspective on the mechanism of transformational leadership on corporate performance and enriches the research content of management innovation and knowledge sharing.It is suggested that logistics enterprises should strengthen the cultivation of transformational leadership,optimize the organizational structure and team management,and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge sharing.
