摘要 随着我国城市化建设快速发展,地下空间的开发愈发重要,对于盾构隧道的需求也越来越大。在盾构掘进过程中,保持开挖面稳定十分重要,当前对于盾构掘进开挖面稳定性的研究中,均无法得到实时的盾构掘进稳定性。盾构刀盘上的压力传感器记录了盾构开挖面受力情况,基于Hilbert-Huang变换的平稳性度量方法,本文提出了一种盾构数据驱动的盾构掘进稳定性表征算法,通过盾构压力数据的Hilbert谱及边界谱,计算其稳定性,并以某越江盾构隧道工程实测数据为基础验证了算法的适用性。结果表明,此算法可以快速计算实时盾构掘进稳定性表征值,以衡量开挖面失稳的相对风险,并为纵向环间稳定性比较与横向不同位置处土仓压力间稳定性比较提供依据。研究结论可为定量评估盾构掘进失稳风险提供帮助。 With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the development of underground space is becoming more and more important,and the demand for shield tunnels is also increasing.During the shield tunneling process,it is very important to maintain the stability of the excavation face.In the current research on the stability of the shield tunneling face,the real-time stability of the shield tunneling cannot be obtained.The pressure sensor on the shield cutter disc records the force of the shield excavation surface.Based on the Hilbert-Huang transform stationary measure method,this paper presents a shield data-driven shield tunneling stability characterization algorithm.The Hilbert spectrum and boundary spectrum of the pressure data are used to calculate the stability.The applicability of the algorithm is verified by the measured data of a river crossing shield tunnel project.The results show that this algorithm can quickly calculate the real-time shield tunneling stability characterization value to measure the relative risk of instability of the excavation face,and it also provides a basis for the comparison between rings and the stability between the silo pressure at different lateral positions.The research conclusions can help quantitatively evaluate the risk of instability in shield tunneling.
