协同护理模式对肺癌患者术后癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响

Effect of the collaborative nursing model on postoperative cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients with lung cancer after surgery

目的探讨协同护理模式对肺癌患者术后癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响。方法选取南华大学附属第一医院胸外科2017年1月至2019年12月收治的264例行手术治疗后的肺癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组。两组患者均给予肺癌根治术后常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上加用协同护理干预,采用Piper疲乏自评修正量表(RPFS)、肺癌治疗功能评定量表(FACT-L)评价两组患者癌因性疲乏和生活质量在干预前后得分情况。结果经协同护理干预后,两组患者的癌因性疲乏均有下降,两组患者得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组患者的癌因性疲乏总分为(100.56±3.68)分,低于对照组的(114.53±5.81)分;经协同护理干预后,两组患者生活质量均有所改善,两组患者得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组患者生活质量得分(78.98±6.64)分,高于对照组的(73.47±5.16)分。结论采用协同护理模式,可以减轻肺癌患者术后癌因性疲乏,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of the collaborative nursing model on postoperative cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 264 patients with lung cancer who had undergone surgical treatment in the Department of Thoracic Surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to a random number table.Patients in both groups were given routine nursing care after radical resection of lung cancer.The intervention group was added with collaborative nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life before and after intervention in the two groups were evaluated using the piper fatigue self-rating fatigue scale(RPFS)and the functional assessment of cancer therapy-lung cancer(FACT-L).Results After the collaborative nursing intervention,the cancer-related fatigue of the two groups decreased.The difference in the scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of cancer-related fatigue in the intervention group was(100.56±3.68)points,lower than that of the control group(114.53±5.81)points.After the collaborative nursing intervention,the quality of life of the two groups was improved,and the difference in the scores of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the intervention group was(78.98±6.64)points,higher than(73.47±5.16)points of the control group.Conclusion The collaborative nursing model can reduce postoperative cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life in patients with lung cancer.
