乳腺癌患者术后给予健康理念康复护理模式对术后并发症的改善效果

The effect of rehabilitation nursing model of health concept on postoperative complications of breast cancer patients

目的探讨基于健康理念模式的康复护理对乳腺癌术后患者的术后并发症的改善效果。方法选取我院2017年6月至2019年7月收治的乳腺癌术后患者152例,根据术后不同的护理方式分为观察组与对照组,每组各76例。对照组术后给予常规护理模式,观察组给予健康理念康复护理,比较两组患者术后并发症改善情况、术后患者生存质量及护理满意度。结果观察组上肢淋巴水肿、出血、皮瓣坏死、皮下积液、患肢活动功能障碍等术后并发症总发生率均低于对照组,观察组术后并发症总发生率为7.90%,显著低于对照组的36.84%(P<0.05)。两组术前FACT-B得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后两组生理状况、社会家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加关注得分均高于术前(P<0.05),观察组各维度得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.74%,显著高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后给予健康理念的康复护理可缓解患者病情、提高康复效果,降低术后并发症的发生率,改善患者生存质量及提高护理满意度,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on the health concept model on the postoperative complications of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 152 postoperative breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to different postoperative nursing methods,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing after the operation,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing of health-concept.The improvement of postoperative complications,postoperative quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group,such as lymphedema,hemorrhage,flap necrosis,subcutaneous fluid,and limb movement dysfunction,was lower in the observation group than in the control group.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.90%,significantly lower than that(36.84%)in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FACT-B scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The physiology scores,social family,emotion,function,and additional attention in the two groups after surgery were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05).The scores in the observation group′s various dimensions were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group′s nursing satisfaction was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 78.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing of health concept for breast cancer patients after surgery can relieve the patient′s condition,improve the rehabilitation effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life of patients and increase nursing satisfaction,and it is worthy of widespread clinical application.
