浅析建设工程项目组织管理模式

Superficial analysis on organization and management mode of construction project

论文从建设工程项目组织管理模式的演进出发,逐个分析了传统的设计一招标一建造(DBB)模式和新型的CM模式、设计一建造模式(DB)、设计一采购一建造(EPC)模式等几种主要模式的优缺点,继而从设计、投标、施工、管控四个维度,选取了七项具体内容进行综合比较,旨在为读者开展建设工程项目组织管理模式的选择提供些许帮助。

Starting from the evolution of construction project organization and management mode,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional design-bid-build mode(DBB)and the new construction management mode(CM),design-build mode(DB),engineering-procurement-construction mode(EPC)one by one,and then selects seven specific contents from the four dimensions of design,bidding,construction,management and control to compare,the purpose is to provide some help for readers to choose the organization and management mode of construction projects.
