摘要
基于可再利用率和回收质量不确定的现实问题,构建了由制造商和销售商组成的Stackelberg博弈模型,研究了质量等级、质量成本系数与可再利用率对集中决策和销售商负责回收的分散决策闭环供应链的影响,设计了使分散决策模式能够达到协调的二部定价契约,并通过数值仿真进行验证分析。研究表明:提高回收质量对集中决策和分散决策下的闭环供应链具有积极作用;可再利用率的提高有助于降低生产成本,提高回收价格,并使闭环供应链各成员和闭环供应链系统的利润增大;通过设计二部定价契约,可以协调销售商负责回收的分散决策模式。
Based on the reality of the uncertainty of recyclability and recycling quality,a Stackelberg game model composed of manufacturer and seller is constructed,and the quality level,quality cost coefficient and recyclability are studied for centralized decision-making and sellers responsible for recycling.The impact of the decentralized decision-making closed-loop supply chain is designed to enable the decentralized decision-making model to achieve coordination with two pricing contracts,and the verification and analysis are carried out through numerical simulation.Studies have shown that improving the quality of recycling has a positive effect on the closed-loop supply chain under centralized and decentralized decision-making;the increase in recyclability will help reduce production costs,increase recycling prices,and enable the members of the closed-loop supply chain and the closed-loop supply chain system Increased profits;by designing two pricing contracts,the decentralized decision-making model of sellers responsible for recycling can be coordinated.
