摘要
文章以国内某制造企业生产车间为研究对象,通过对其一线生产员工与车间管理人员薪酬管理上面临的问题进行调研,了解车间员工需求,对比分析现状,发现当前对车间员工的培养和薪酬激励存在机制不健全、薪酬模式不协调的问题,分析原因进而提出对策与建议。
The article with a domestic manufacturing enterprise production workshop as the research object,on the production line and workshop management personnel salary management problems,through carries on the investigation and research,understand the workshop employee needs,comparative analysis,found that the current workshop to staff training and incentive mechanism of the existing mechanism is not sound,compensation model mismatch problem,analysis the reason and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
