摘要
目的建立枳芩颗粒中柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷和黄芩苷4种黄酮类成分同时定量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(梯度洗脱),流速1 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长280 nm。结果在该色谱条件下测得柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷和黄芩苷分别在0.194~3.876、0.110~2.192、0.129~2.574、0.453~9.050μg/ml时与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率在96.32%~99.89%之间。结论建立了对枳芩颗粒中4种黄酮类成分同时定量测定的方法,该方法分离效果好、操作简便、重现性好、灵敏度高,为全面控制枳芩颗粒的质量提供了技术手段。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous quantitative determination of naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin and baicalin in Zhiqin Granules.Methods The high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was adopted.The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid water(gradient elution),the flow rate was 1 ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results There was a good linear correlation among naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin and baicalin under this chromatographic condition with chromatographic peak area at 0.194-3.876,0.110-2.192,0.129-2.574 and 0.453-9.050μg/ml,respectively,and the average recovery rate was from 96.32%to 99.89%.Conclusion A method for simultaneous quantitative determination of four flavonoids in Zhiqin Granules is established.The method has good separation effect,simple operation,good reproducibility and high sensitivity,and it provides a technical means for comprehensive quality control of Zhiqin Granules.
