通窍活血汤加减配合针灸治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic efficacy of modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on sudden deafness

目的探讨通窍活血汤加减法配合针灸治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月深圳市中医院收治的突发性耳聋患者96例,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为传统组和试验组,传统组采用常规药物治疗,试验组采用通窍活血汤加减配合针灸治疗,比较两种治疗方式的临床疗效。结果试验组患者的听力、眩晕、耳鸣、耳闷改善时间明显短于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的听力损失评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者的听力损失评分明显低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率为91.7%,明显高于传统组的70.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通窍活血汤加减法具有通窍、驱邪、化瘀的效果,联合针灸治疗突发性耳聋,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on sudden deafness.Methods A total of 96 patients with sudden deafness admitted to Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitall from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to different treatment methods.The conventional group was treated with conventional drugs,while the experimental group was treated with modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacies of the two treatment methods were compared.Results The improvement time of hearing,dizziness,tinnitus and aural fullness in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hearing loss scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hearing loss scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate of the experimental group was 91.7%,which was significantly higher than 70.8%of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction has the efficacies of unblocking stuffy orifice,exorcising evil spirits and resolving blood stasis.After being combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,it has remarkable therapeutic efficacy on sudden deafness.
