中医药治疗危重患者胃肠功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical research on gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients with critically diseases treated with traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨中医药治疗危重患者胃肠功能障碍。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月云浮市中医院收治的120例危重患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和治疗组(中医药联合西医常规疗法治疗),每组各60例。比较两组胃肠功能障碍评分、感染指标、营养状况。结果治疗组胃肠功能障碍评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组感染指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组营养状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时两组患者治疗后感染指标、营养状况、胃肠功能障碍评分均明显优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在危重患者胃肠功能障碍的治疗中实施中医药联合西医常规疗法治疗,能够改善胃肠功能、营养状况,降低感染风险,促进患者病情恢复。因此该治疗方法具有重大的临床意义及社会效益,值得大力推广。

Objective To investigate the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients with critically diseases treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 120 patients with critical diseases admitted to Yunfu Hospital of Traditlonal chinese Medicine from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected.They were divided into the control group(n=60,treated with conventional western medicine)and the treatment group(n=60,treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine).Gastrointestinal dysfunction function score,infection index,nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results The gastrointestinal dysfunction score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of infection index in the treatment group was superior than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nutritional status of the treatment group was superior than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the infection indexes,nutritional statuses and gastrointestinal dysfunction scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly superior than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with critical diseases,the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve gastrointestinal function and nutritional status,reduce the risk of infection and promote the recovery of patients.Therefore,this treatment method has great clinical significance and social benefits,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
