小儿哮喘发作期采用宣肺通络平喘汤治疗的效果研究

Research on the therapeutic efficacy of Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan Decoction in children within asthma attack period

目的研究小儿哮喘发作期采用宣肺通络平喘汤治疗的效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月龙海市第一医院收治的80例小儿哮喘患者,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规治疗方案,试验组在对照组的基础上加用宣肺通络平喘汤,治疗1周后观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组的总有效率(92.5%)明显高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的完全平喘时间、咳痰消失时间、痰化消失时间以及肺部啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿哮喘患儿在常规治疗方式下加用宣肺通络平喘汤能够滋阴养肺、止咳平喘,有效控制哮喘发作期的症状,且疗效持久,该中药疗法值得在临床上广泛推广运用。

Objective To research the therapeutic efficacy of Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan Decoction in children within asthma attack period.Methods A total of 80 children with asthma admitted to First Hospital of Longhai City from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the experimental group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional treatment scheme,while the experimental group was treated with Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 1 week of treatment,the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results The total efficacy rate of the experimental group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than 75.0%of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete asthma relieving time,expectoration disappearance time,phlegm disappearance time and pulmonary rales disappearance time in the experimental group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with asthma,Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan Decoction combined with conventional treatment can nourish yin and tonify the lung,relieve cough and asthma,effectively control the symptoms in the asthma attack period,and the therapeutic efficacy is long-lasting.Therefore,the traditional Chinese medicine therapy is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical practice.
