全科医生签约服务对社区原发性高血压患者就医行为的影响及护理效果

Impacts of general practitioner contract service on medical treatment behavior of patients with essential hypertension in community and its nursing efficacies

目的研究社区原发性高血压患者应用全科医生签约服务效果及对其就医行为的影响。方法选取2019年1—12月社区76例原发性高血压患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各38例。对照组行常规护理,观察组应用全科医生签约服务,比较两组干预前后就医行为及护理效果。结果干预前,两组就医频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组就医频率均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,两组胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FBG)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)指标水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组TC、FBG、DBP、SBP指标水平均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区原发性高血压患者应用全科医生签约服务,可有效降低患者就医频率,控制患者血压水平。

Objective To research the efficacies of general practitioner contract service on patients with essential hypertension in community and its impacts on medical treatment behavior.Methods A total of 76 patients with essential hypertension in community from January to December 2019 were selected and they were divided into the control group(n=38)and the observation group(n=38).The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given general practitioner contract service.The behavior of seeking medical care and nursing efficacy before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the frequency of seeking medical care between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the frequency of seeking medical care in both groups was lower than that before intervention,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in TC,FBG,DBP and SBP between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the index levels of TC,FBG,DBP and SBP in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of general practitioner contract service in community patients with essential hypertension can effectively reduce the frequency of seeking medical care and control the blood pressure level of patients.
