绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨钙素与糖化血红蛋白的相关性研究

Correlation between osteocalcin and glycated hemoglobin in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨绝经后女性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者骨钙素(OC)与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平相关性。方法收集2019年4—10月同济大学附属上海市第十人民医院内分泌科123例绝经后女性T2DM患者临床资料,进行回顾性分析。根据患者血清总OC水平三分位数将患者分为3组(Q1,Q2,Q3)进行组间比较。分析绝经后女性T2DM患者血清OC与HbA1c相关性。结果单因素方差分析提示Q2组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)平均水平高于Q1组、Q3组;Q3组HbA1c平均水平和空腹血糖(FPG)平均水平低于Q1组、Q2组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。散点图提示绝经后女性T2DM患者α与HbA1c呈线性相关。多元线性回归分析提示绝经后女性T2DM患者的OC与HbA1c呈负相关。结论绝经后女性T2DM患者OC与HbA1c呈负相关,提示骨代谢与糖代谢存在耦联。

Objective To investigate the correlation between osteocalcin and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes T2DM.Methods The clinical data of a total of 123 postmenopausal women with T2DM diabetes at the Department of Endocrinology,Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital of Tongji Univesity from April 2019 to October 2019 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into 3 groups(Q1,Q2,Q3)according to the tertiles of the patients'serum total osteocalcin level for inter-group comparison.The correlation between serum OC and HbA1c in postmenopausal women with T2DM were analysed.Results Oneway analysis of variance indicated that the average LDL-C level in the Q2 group was higher than that in the Q1 and Q3 groups;the average HbA1c and FPG levels in the Q3 group were lower than those in the Q1 and Q2 groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scatter plot suggested that osteocalcin was linearly correlated to HbA1c in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that there was a negative correlation with OC and glycosylated hemoglobin in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes.Conclusion Osteocalcin and glycosylated hemoglobin are negatively correlated in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes,suggesting that there is a coupling between bone me tabolism and glucose metabolism.
