卵巢早衰病因机制与治疗研究进展及现状 被引量:32

摘要 卵巢早衰(POF)是妇科常见疑难内分泌疾病,发病率逐年增长且患病群体愈显年轻化。其病因复杂多样,涉及遗传、免疫、医疗、环境内分泌干扰物等多方面因素,又受长期吸烟、酗酒等行为影响,严重损害患者身心健康。近年来,间充质干细胞技术、基因治疗在动物实验中体现的恢复卵巢功能、提高生育能力效果为POF患者提供新方向。本文将从多方面论述POF病因及可能致病机制,总结POF治疗从经典激素替代治疗到近来新兴治疗手段的研究概况及进展。 Premature ovarian failure(POF)is a common and difficult endocrine disease in gynecology,and its incidence rate is increasing year by year and the affected population is becoming younger.Its etiology is complex and diverse,involving various factors such as heredity,immunity,medical treatment,environmental endocrine disruptors,etc.It is also impacted by long-term smoking and alcoholism,which seriously damages both physical and mental health of patients.In recent years,some animal experiments informed us that mesenchymal stem cell technology and gene therapy could restore ovarian function and improve fertility,providing a new direction for patients with POF.The etiology and possible pathogenesis of POF from various aspects will be summarized and the general situation and progress of research on the POF treatment from classical hormone replacement therapy to recent emerging treatment methods will be described in this paper.
