渗湿益气活血汤配合电针治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of Shenshi Yiqihuoxue Decoction combined with electroacupuncture on senile postherpetic neuralgia

目的渗湿益气活血汤配合电针治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察,并比较患者血清中IL-6水平和VAS疼痛评分。方法收集2018年1月至2020年3月在宁德人民医院皮肤科就诊的60例患者。采用随机对照单盲法将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组服用渗湿益气活血汤并配合电针治疗,对照组给予维生素E软胶囊、甲钴胺片、普瑞巴林口服治疗。比较两组(治愈+显效)率及在治疗前、治疗第一周、第二周、第三周、第四周IL-6水平;比较第一疗程、第二疗程VAS疼痛评分。结果治疗组(治愈+显效)率为80.00%、总有效率为90.00%,均高于对照组的50.00%、80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗第二周、第三周、第四周血清中IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在第一疗程、第二疗程VAS疼痛评分均降低,治疗组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论渗湿益气活血汤配合电针能有效治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shenshi Yiqihuoxue Decoction combined with electroacupuncture on senile postherpetic neuralgia and compare the serum IL-6 level and VAS pain score in patients.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to the dermatology department of Ningde People's Hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Shenshi Yiqihuoxue Decoction combined with electroacupuncture,while the control group was treated with vitamin E soft capsule,mecobalamin tablets and pregabalin orally.The cure+effective rate and IL-6 levels before treatment,the first week,the second week,the third week and the fourth week of treatment were compared between the two groups.The VAS pain scores of the first course and the second course were compared.Results The cure+effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 80.00%and 90.00%,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(50.00%and 80.00%,P<0.05).The level of serum IL-6 in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group in the second,third and fourth week of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS pain scores in the first and second courses of treatment in the two groups were decreased,and the decrease was significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Senile postherpetic neuralgia can be effectively treated by the Shenshi Yiqihuoxue Decoction combined with electroacupuncture.
