纳米银抗菌凝胶联合rhEGF对骨科2~3期压力性损伤的护理疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨纳米银抗菌凝胶联合重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液(rhEGF)对骨科2~3期压力性损伤的护理疗效观察。方法选取2015年1月至2020年1月在广东省江门市中心医院四肢关节骨科入院前已发生的压力性损伤2~3期的骨折患者共60例为研究对象。将其随机分为A组(泡沫贴组)20例,B组(纳米银抗菌凝胶+泡沫贴)20例,C组(纳米银抗菌凝胶联合rhEGF+泡沫贴)20例。比较三组疗效、愈合情况及时间、疼痛评分、伤口肉芽形态评分、换药时间。结果C组的创面伤口肉芽生长情况良好,愈合时间短于A组和B组,疼痛评分低于A组和B组,换药时间短于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米银抗菌凝胶联合rhEGF+康惠尔泡沫贴用于治疗2~3期压力性损伤的护理疗效要优于常规泡沫贴或单用纳米银抗菌凝胶,缩短患者创面的愈合时间,降低疼痛度,大大降低了临床护理工作的难度和强度等优点,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the observation on the nursing efficacy of nano-silver antibacterial gel combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)external solution on orthopedic stage 2-3 pressure injury.Methods A total of 60 fracture patients with stage 2-3 pressure injury occurred before Department of Orthopedics of Extremities,Jiangmen Central Hospitaladmission from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into group A(foam patch,n=20),group B(nano-silver antibacterial gel combined with foam patch,n=20)and group C(nano-silver antibacterial gel combined with rhEGF and foam patch,n=20).The therapeutic efficacy,cure status,healing times,pain score,wound granulation morphology score and dressing change time of the three groups were compared.Results The wound granulation growth of group C was in good condition,and the healing times were shorter than those in group A and group B.The pain scores were lower than those in group A and group B,and the dressing change time was shorter than those in group A and group B,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing efficacy of nano-silver antibacterial gel combined with rhEGF and Comfeel foam patch in treating stage 2 to 3 pressure injury is superior to that of conventional foam patch or nano-silver antibacterial gel alone,which can shorten the healing time of patients'wounds,reduce pain degree,greatly decrease the difficulty and intensity of clinical nursing work.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
