揭阳地区儿童肺炎支原体感染情况的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析揭阳地区儿童肺炎支原体的感染情况和季节分布,为临床诊治肺炎支原体感染提供依据。方法采用双扩增技术,对2018年7月至2019年6月我院收治的2873例呼吸道感染儿童进行肺炎支原体RNA的检测,并对患儿的性别、年龄以及季节分布进行统计学分析。结果2873例呼吸道感染儿童中,MPRNA阳性186例,阳性率为6.47%。不同性别的患儿MP检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。婴儿组、幼儿组、学龄前组和学龄组的MP检出率分别为2.15%、5.36%、8.24%、21.67%,学龄组患儿MP检出率最高,其次是学龄前组,且MP检出率随年龄增长呈增高趋势,各年龄组间的MP检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。春、夏、秋、冬四季呼吸道感染儿童MP的检出率分别为8.33%、7.94%、4.47%、4.41%,春夏季患儿MP检出率明显高于秋冬季(P<0.05)。结论揭阳地区儿童MP感染率与儿童的年龄及季节相关。 Objective To analyze the infection situation and seasonal distribution of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)in children of Jieyang area,and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of MP infection.Methods With double amplification technology,2873 children with respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were detected for MP-RNA,and the sex,age and seasonal distribution in the children were statistically analyzed.Results Of 2873 children with respiratory tract infection,186 were MP-RNA positive,with a positive rate of 6.47%.There was no significant difference in MP detection rates between children of different genders(P>0.05).MP detection rates in the infant group,the children group,the preschool group and the school-age group were 2.15%,5.36%,8.24%and 21.67%,respectively.MP detection rate was the highest in the school-age group,followed by the preschool group.The detection rate of MP increased with age.The difference of MP detection rates among different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of MP in children with respiratory tract infection in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 8.33%,7.94%,4.47%and 4.41%,respectively.The detection rate of MP in children with respiratory tract infection in spring and summer was significantly higher than that in autumn and winter(P<0.05).Conclusion MP infection rates in children of Jieyang area are related to their ages and seasons.
