Modular Integration Design and Application of 12 kV Square Cabin Switching Station

方舱式开关站作为一种可移动、可重复利用的新型开关站,其建造规范尚未形成统一的行业标准,有别于传统建筑开关站建设模式。对方舱式开关站结构布局进行深入分析和结构创新,结合相关标准规范,提出了一种12 kV方舱式模块化开关站集成设计方案,此种方案适应目前中压配电开关站项目快速、安全投运的建设模式,能快速解决长距离配电线路主网架可靠性亟待提升的突出问题。模块化集成开关站在经济性、安全性、环保性、周期性方面表现优异,已在上海崇明岛进行了工程应用。

As a new type of mobile and reusable switch station,the construction specification of shelter type switch station has not yet formed a unified industry standard,which is different from the traditional construction switch station.Based on the in-depth analysis and innovation of the structural layout of the square cabin switch station,and in combination with relevant specifications,this paper proposes an integrated design scheme of 12 kV square shelter modular switch station,which adapts to the current construction mode of rapid and safe operation of medium voltage distribution switch station projects and solves the outstanding problem that the reliability of the main grid long-distance distribution lines needs to be improved.It has excellent performance in economy,safety,environmental protection and periodicity.It has a good application prospect and can be used as a reference for engineering application in Chongming Island of Shanghai.
