Key Points of Shipbuilding Production Design for Built-in Saturation Diving System

本文借助一套300米水深、24人内置式饱和潜水系统的实际装船实践,阐述船厂生产设计过程中遇到和应该注意的一些问题,为建造相似船型和系统提供建造经验和解决方案。重点介绍饱和潜水系统与船舶界面的设计、饱和潜水系统主要设备的布置安装,以及气体管路的布置设计等。

Based on the actual building experience of a 24-man built-in 300msw saturation diving system,this paper mainly describes some problems encountered in the production design for the shipyard and some key points that should be paid attention to,so as to provide experience and solutions for the construction of similar ships.It includes the design of the interface between the saturation diving system and the ship,the arrangement and installation of the main equipment of the saturation diving system,and the arrangement design of gas pipeline.
