摘要 搭建基于调频连续波雷达测距精度分析的实验平台,用于研究雷达在对钢板的检测过程中环境干扰对调频连续波雷达系统测量精度的影响。采用中心频率为77GHz、带宽为7GHz的调频连续波雷达(FMCW)系统,对雷达的调频连续波测距原理进行推导,通过采集实际雷达系统的测量数据,提取目标距离信息,分析系统的距离测量精度。并在雷达与目标之间增加干扰,如雾气、水滴等,分析环境变化对该雷达系统的测距精度影响。该研究可为雷达系统的开发提供前期验证,也可为雷达系统各项参数的修正及优化提供参考依据。 In this paper an experimental platform is built based on the Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave(FMCW)radars system that is used to study the impact of environmental factor changes on measurement accuracy.The distance between of radar and target is measured by using an actual FMCW radar system in 77 GHz frequency range and 7GHz bandwidth.The measurement principle of the method is analyzed and deduced.And the proposed method is verified through experiments.The various interference factors in the automobile production process are simulated.The distance between of radar and target can be obtained in the presence of interference,and compared with the actual data without any interference.The experimental result shows that the influence of environmental changes on the ranging accuracy of radar systems,which can provide a preliminary verification for the development of radar system,as well as a reference for the correction and optimization of various parameters.
