学分管理法在社区糖尿病胰岛素注射患者健康管理中的应用

Application of credit management method in health management of diabetic patients with insulin injection in community

目的观察学分管理法对社区糖尿病胰岛素注射患者健康管理的作用。方法研究对象100例自行注射胰岛素患者均选取自上海浦东新区,来自于在2018年5月至2020年4月上钢社区卫生服务中心家庭医生健康管理的社区,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组给予学分管理法健康管理,对照组给予常规糖尿病管理,比较2组患者胰岛素注射调查表得分、局部不良反应发生率、空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白达标情况。结果观察组胰岛素注射调查表得分、糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)-6得分、糖尿病态度、期望、需求简化版(PACIC-DSF)量表得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组局部不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论学分管理法健康管理可以提高社区糖尿病胰岛素注射患者的健康管理水平。

Objective To observe the effect of credit management on health management of diabetic patients with insulin injection in community.Methods From May 2018 to April 2020,100 cases of community insulin injection patients managed by family doctors in Shanghai Pudong New Area Shangang Community Health Service Center were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given credit health management,and the control group was given routine diabetes management.The scores of insulin injection questionnaire,the scores of SDSCA-6 scale,the scores of PACIC-DSF scale,incidence of local adverse reactions,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared.Results The score of insulin injection questionnaire,SDSCA-6 scale and PACIC-DSF scale in the observation group were all higher than those of the opposite(P<0.05),the incidence of local adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the opposite(P<0.05),and the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin attainment rates in the observation group were all higher than those of the opposite(P<0.05).Conclusion Credit health management can improve the health management level of community diabetic patients with insulin injection.
