摘要
为贯彻全国研究生教育工作会议精神,加快军队高层次人才队伍建设,以某军校近3年毕业研究生为研究对象,采取电话访谈、问卷调查、实地调研等方式,调查了他们的分配去向和任职情况,剖析了研究生任职能力培养存在问题的成因,提出加强思政教育、完善顶层设计、优化课程设置、创新管理模式4条建议.
In order to implement the spirit of the national conference on postgraduate education and accelerate the construction of military high-level talent team,this article takes the graduate students of a military school in recent three years as the research object to study where they are allocated and the positions they hold by means of telephone interview,questionnaire survey,field research,etc.Then,the article analyzes the causes of the problems in the cultivation of postgraduates’office-holding ability,and finally proposes four suggestions such as strengthening ideological and political education,perfecting top-level design,optimizing curriculum setting and innovating management mode.
