摘要 根据预警探测指挥专业本科学员特点,结合渐进式教学法和任务驱动教学法,提出综合演练的"三阶五步"教学法,即以"个人分练、编组合练、对抗演练"为三个阶段,以"布置任务—提示任务—准备任务—完成任务—讲评任务"为五个步骤.教学实践表明,运用"三阶五步"教学法,有助于规范教员演练组训,提高教学演练实战化水平,有助于培养学员作战指挥能力,提升学员综合素质和创新思维,教学效益较好. This article accords to the characteristics of undergraduate students majoring in early warning detection command and also combines with the evolutionary teaching method and the task driven teaching method to put forward the“three-phase five-step”teaching method of comprehensive exercise course,in which“three-phase”refers to separate training,grouped training and confrontation training,respectively;“five-step”refers to task assignment,task prompt,task preparation,task fulfillment and evaluation on task,respectively.The teaching practice shows that using the“three-phase five-step”teaching method is conducive to standardizing the teachers’practice and grouped training,as well as improving the combat-oriented level of teaching and training,and also helps to cultivate the cadets’combat command ability,and promote the students’comprehensive quality and innovative thinking.The proposed teaching method achieves good teaching efficiency.
