Exploration on ideological and political education reform in radar equipment principle and maintenance course

针对雷达装备原理与维修课程思政教学现状和存在的问题,根据课程特点对课程进行思政改革.首先对接雷达技师岗位需求,设置思政素养目标,建立了课程多层次思政目标实现路径;然后挖掘课程中具有雷达兵种特色的思政内容,健全了课程思政教学效果评价反馈机制.教学实践表明,对雷达装备原理与维修课程的思政改革建设经验,可推广应用于士官教育其他专业课程的思政教学改革.

In view of the present situation and problems in the ideological and political teaching of radar equipment principle and maintenance course,this article accords to its characteristics to propose the reform plan for ideological and political education in the course.Firstly,by setting proper ideological and political literacy goals to meet the requirements of radar technician position,the article establishes the path to implement the course multi-level ideological and political goals,and then excavates the ideological and political teaching contents with the characteristics of radar troops in the course,and perfects the evaluation and feedback mechanism of the ideological and political teaching effect.Finally,the teaching practice shows that the experience of ideological and political education reform of radar equipment principle and maintenance course can be popularized and applied to the ideological and political teaching reform of other professional courses of non-commissioned officer education.
