摘要
十九届五中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》(以下简称"《规划建议》"),描绘了未来5年乃至15年我国经济社会发展的宏伟蓝图,也给新型智慧城市建设谋定了新的方向。文章分析了《规划建议》对新型智慧城市建设的方向指引,剖析了新型智慧城市建设在贯彻落实《规划建议》方面的作用,并就加快推进新型智慧城市建设提出了有针对性的思考和建议。
The fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC deliberated on and adopted the"CPCCC's Proposal for the formulation of the 14th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)for National Economic and Social Development and the Lon g-Ra nge Objectives Through the Year 2035",which drew on the gra nd bluepri nt of Chin a's econo mic and social developme nt in the n ext five or eve n 15 years,and also set a new directi on for the con structi on of new smart city.This article an alyzes the directi on of the Proposal for the con strucati on of new smart city,expolres the role of new smart city con structi on in carry ing out the Proposal,and puts forward some pertinent thoughts and suggestions on accelarating the construction of new smart city.
