严明纪律是无产阶级政党的内在要求和优势所在。中国共产党成立以来,始终注重以严格的纪律要求全体党员,不断探索加强党的纪律建设的有效途径。在革命、建设和改革的过程中,中国共产党积累了纪律建设的宝贵经验,主要包括:着眼于从严治党,以高度的思想自觉推动党的纪律建设;把政治纪律建设放在首位,夯实党的纪律建设基础;不断推进建章立制工作,完善党的纪律体系;完善纪检监察体制,强化执纪监督;注重开展纪律教育,增强广大党员遵守纪律的自觉性;抓住领导干部这一“关键少数”。

Strict discipline is the inherent requirement and advantage of proletarian party.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,it has always paid attention to the strict discipline requirements for all Party members,and constantly explored effective ways to strengthen the Party′s discipline construction.In the course of revolution,construction and reform,the Communist Party of China has accumulated valuable experience in discipline construction,which mainly includes:focusing on strict administration of the Party and promoting the Party′s discipline construction with a high degree of ideological consciousness;putting political discipline construction in the first place and consolidating the Party′s discipline construction foundation;constantly promoting the establishment of rules and regulations and improving the Party′s discipline system;perfecting the discipline inspection and supervision system and strengthening discipline enforcement and supervision;paying attention to discipline education and enhancing the consciousness of the broad masses of Party members to abide by discipline;and grasping the leading cadres as the"key minority".
