我国体育经纪人服务效能跃迁研究

Research on Service Efficiency Transition of Sports Brokers in China

体育经纪人在体育市场活动中扮演着重要角色,是近年来体育界一直关注的热点问题。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国体育经纪人服务效能跃迁进行研究。研究发现:我国体育经纪人服务效能跃迁存在制度管理、法律监管、人力资源等困境;并提出应对之策:健全体育经纪人法律制度;严格体育经纪人认定资格;完善体育经纪人培养体系等。以此来实现我国体育经纪人服务效能的跃迁,促进我国体育市场化进程的平稳过渡。

Sports brokers play an important role in the sports market activities,which is always the spotlight issues in the sports field in recent years.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature review and logical analysis to study the service efficiency transition of sports brokers in China.The research finds that the service efficiency transition of sports brokers is confronted with dilemmas such as system management,legal supervision and human resources,etc.And put forward the countermeasures:perfecting the legal system of sports brokers,strictly identifying the qualifications of sports brokers and improving the training system of sports brokers,etc.In this way,the service efficiency transition of sports brokers can be realized,and promoting the process of sports marketization in China.
