摘要 采用文献资料法,梳理了国内外高原训练期间补铁研究进行探讨和归纳,分析总结了国内外有关高原训练与铁元素主要研究热点:高原训练与铁代谢;高原训练中铁对最大摄氧量影响;高原训练中铁对运动耐力影响;高原训练中铁流失的主要原因;高原训练中补铁方式等。回顾铁元素对高原训练的影响,为健康保护与合理训练,应对从事高原训练的运动员进行血液学铁蛋白监测。建议对计划进行高原训练的运动员提前进行铁储备检测,确定每位运动员体内血清铁蛋白量,制定针对性补充方案应对高原训练期间更高的铁吸收、血浆铁代谢和血红蛋白的生成率,同时可避免盲目补铁增加肝脏代谢负担。 By the methods of literature review,the research on iron supplementation during plateau training at home and abroad was discussed and summarized,analyze and summarize the main research hot-spots of iron supplementation in altitude training at home and abroad:altitude training and iron metabolism;effect of Iron on maximum oxygen uptake in altitude training;effect of Iron on sports endurance in altitude training;the main cause of iron loss in altitude training;Iron supplement method in altitude training.Review the influence of iron on altitude training,for health protection and reasonable training,hematology iron status should be monitored for athletes engaged in altitude training.It is recommended that the athletes who plan to carry out altitude training be tested for iron reserves in advance,determine the amount of serum ferritin in each athlete,develop targeted supplemental programs to deal with higher iron absorption,plasma iron metabolism and hemoglobin production rate during altitude training,at the same time,it can avoid blind iron supplementation and increase liver metabolic burden.
